The rules of the road.
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LEAP Solutions website, the LEAP OS software platform, our AI receptionist services, and the LEAP Solutions Booking SMS program (together, the "Services"), all operated by LEAP Solutions, LLC ("LEAP Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. LEAP Solutions Booking SMS Program
This section describes our SMS program in the form required by U.S. wireless carriers and the CTIA. A consolidated, reviewer-friendly version of the same disclosures — including the verbatim verbal opt-in script and sample messages — is also published on our dedicated SMS Program page.

Program description
When you call LEAP Solutions and ask our AI receptionist to schedule a discovery call, you will be asked for your mobile phone number. If you verbally provide it, we will send you one (1) transactional SMS containing a Calendly link so you can confirm the meeting time. This is not a recurring or marketing program — you receive a message only in response to a specific request you made on a phone call with us.
How to opt in
Verbally provide your phone number to our AI receptionist during an inbound call and confirm that you would like the booking link texted to you. Your consent is captured on the recorded call.
Message frequency
Up to one (1) message per discovery-call request. If you request multiple bookings at different times, you will receive one message per request. This is not a recurring subscription.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. LEAP Solutions does not charge you to receive SMS; your carrier may charge for messaging under your plan.

How to opt out
Supported carriers
All major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
3. Use of Our Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree not to:
- Misuse our AI receptionist (for example, by attempting to prompt-inject, abuse, or overload it)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape LEAP OS or any of our systems
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose
4. AI Receptionist Disclosure
Our inbound phone line is answered by an AI receptionist. At the start of every call, the agent identifies itself as an AI on behalf of LEAP Solutions. Calls are recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and to confirm details you provide (such as a callback number or preferred meeting time). By continuing the call, you consent to recording.
5. Connected Accounts (Google, Microsoft, Stripe, etc.)
Some LEAP Solutions products — including the LEAP Solutions client portal at portal.leaptosolutions.com and LEAP OS at os.leaptosolutions.com — let you connect third-party accounts (for example, Google Business Profile, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Stripe) to enable specific features. When you connect an account, you authorize LEAP Solutions to access only the scopes shown on the consent screen, and only while the connection is active. You can disconnect at any time from inside the relevant product.
How we handle Google user data — including the Limited Use commitments required by Google's API Services User Data Policy — is described in detail in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
6. LEAP OS and Paid Services
If you sign up for LEAP OS or engage LEAP Solutions for consulting work, additional terms specific to that engagement (such as a statement of work, master services agreement, or LEAP OS subscription terms) will apply. In the event of any conflict between those engagement-specific terms and these Terms, the engagement-specific terms control.
7. Intellectual Property
LEAP Solutions retains all right, title, and interest in the LEAP Solutions brand, the LEAP OS platform, our website content, and all related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Services without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Our AI receptionist may make mistakes — always confirm important details (meeting times, quotes, commitments) in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEAP Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Berrien County, Michigan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
