How Consent Is Obtained

You opt in by speaking with our AI receptionist, Alex, when you call (269) 421-2995 and verbally request that we text you a link to book a discovery call. Both the audio recording and the time-stamped written transcript of this exchange are retained for at least 90 days as proof of consent. The exact disclosures the agent reads before sending any SMS are as follows:

Agent (LEAP Solutions AI Receptionist) "What's the best mobile number to text the booking link to?"
Caller [provides number verbally]
Agent "So that's [reads digits one-by-one], correct?"
Caller "Yes." (or affirmative variant)
Agent "I'll send you one text from LEAP Solutions with your booking link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to opt out. Sound good?"
Caller "Yes."

Only after the caller affirms both (a) the read-back of their phone number and (b) the disclosures above does LEAP Solutions dispatch the SMS. If the caller declines at any point, no message is sent.

To stop receiving messages from LEAP Solutions, reply STOP to any text we send you. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages from this program. You can re-join later by calling LEAP Solutions and providing your phone number again.

Other recognized opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE — any of these will unsubscribe your number.

The confirmation message you'll receive after replying STOP reads:

Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message and you'll receive a reply that identifies LEAP Solutions, summarizes the program, and provides a support contact. The auto-response reads:

All major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

LEAP Solutions does not sell mobile phone numbers and does not share them with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio.
